This grand opening event will be held at the Durham Property Event Barn. Invitations will be mailed out to prospective clients, which were gathered from a previous bridal show. There will also be flyers posted at each featured vendors location. Also, an ad on the local radio station and in the local paper will be ran. Also, all vendors will be posting about the event on all their social media accounts. The event will be held at a The Durham Property Event Barn. The guest will be greeted by me, Kylie Pugh who is hosting the event. There will be a main booth where they go to check in and grab their Bride Tote Bag, which is a gift to them. From there they will be able to mingle about the room and visit each vendors table and sign up for the door prizes. When the guest get into the Event Barn each table will be decorated in a different style. The tables will be decorated differently to show the range of All You Need Event's design capabilities. Around the room each Vendor will have their own table set up for their product. There will be a range of vendors set up for the brides to visit. Also, A DJ will be playing music to have some back ground noise. We want the atmosphere to be social and interactive so we are encouraging the guest to mix and mingle about. Appetizers will be provided by a local food vendor. They will offer an array of appetizers to show case their menu. Drinks will be provided by a local bar service. Each bride will receive 2 free drink tickets after that it will be a cash bar. A local DJ will be playing music for the entire event. Also each vendor will have a small gift for the bride to take away. For the big prize we will be drawing 3 brides who will receive a complete complimentary wedding provided for by the attending vendors. Each bride will leave with bag full of goodies from her day at the event. And 3 lucky brides will leave with a free wedding of their dreams. We asked all guest to bring an item to donate to the local high schools clothes shelter. We asked them specifically for formal items for both girls and boys so they are able to have nice attire for events.
